Tim & Stephanie McNeill first met in 1989 and were married soon after. They have three grown children and six grandchildren.​ The couple resides in Tipton, Iowa and are very involved with their family​, church​ and community.​

In addition to McNeill's Driving School, Tim also owns McNeill Tree Service. He has owned and operated his tree service since 1991. Tim also served as a councilman for the City of Tipton from January 2016 to December 2023.  

 

Stephanie began her teaching career in the fall of 1988 at East Union Schools in Southwest Iowa. She has taught Spanish for the Tipton Community School District since 1994.

The McNeills started McNeill's Driving School in the fall of 2005 after recognizing a great need for quality driver's education in their community. They teach students from the Tipton, North Cedar, West Branch, Muscatine, Wilton and Durant Community School Districts.
